Not every project we take is an ADU. This 2,900 sf two-story home in Playas de Tijuana is a full ground-up custom, drawn, coordinated, and shepherded through the cross-border permit landscape.
Working in Baja means a different code, different review process, and different material supply chains. We coordinated closely with local Mexican consultants to keep the design buildable without losing what made it special.
